gotta a problem with rear brakes

the car is MBZ 190. The inner pistons are stuck, can anyone tell me which is the most effective way to make them move and brake again

Do a complete tear down of the brake caliper. Clean with brake cleaner. You might need to buy new seals tho. I think you have to lube the pistons too.
