I have 2 set of wheels/tires, one for summer (AMG, 17-inch) and the other one for winter (Stock wheels, 16-inch).

I will soon swap out the summer set for the winter set.

For my summer wheels/tires, I plan to wash them thoroughly and store them in plastic bags. My question is should I apply wheel wax or Meguaires NXT wax to the wheels before storage? Should I apply wax to the inside wheell walls?

I clean them thoroughly and apply rejex for storage. Has always served me well.
