DW has decided that she wants a used (2001/2002) Luxury sedan with all wheel drive. She wants to keep the price below the mid $20k's. In her mind Mercedes is the only Luxury nameplate. So, that means the E-Class.

I'd love to hear opinions from the experts. Any opinions are welcome on the 2001 or 2002, 320 or 430.
