300TE 4-MATIC tires

does anyone know if you can run slightly bigger tires without messing up the four matic function?

All four tires should be the same size.

Also, why would you want to run bigger tires?

because I happen to have some brand new 205/65-15 that came with a set of wheels I bought for my 735iL

As long as four of them are the same size and they fit on the rims properly, I don't forsee any problems.
