I really need somebody to look at my brakes and general undercarriage area before i drive down to Louisiana in a couple of weeks. I've never found any shop up here that I like.
The brakes are just real soft and I don't know when they're going to go.

Also, when I'm putting the car into park sometimes, the brake won't catch and it will kind of skip into moving forward. Could be a transmission thing, but it just seems like i have no parking brake. Is the braking mechanism in Park the same as the regular brakes??

Thanks for any help.

Know of anyone in central NJ? Going to SI isn't a problem, just leaving the car there and getting home is.
