Could anyone tell me how the headlight wipers are supposed to work. For example do they work only when the windshield wiper is on? Or, only when the windshield wiper and the headlights are on? Or only 3rd wipe with the windshield washers? I have yet to see them come on?

They are supposed to come on only when the headlights are on, and you hit the windshield washers.
