I am currently writing my masters thesis about loyalty in the automobile industry in order to improve the service of car dealers and car manufacturers. Therefore, it also gives you a benefit.

I have set up a questionnaire, for which I need 150 responses asap. Because for a student, it is difficult to find enough respondents who own a car (at least in Europe..), I would highly appreciate it if you spend 10-20 minutes of your time to answer my questionnaire.
