Hi everyone,
I am putting my grandfather's '76 450 SEL up for sale b/c he recently passed away A little background on him and the car: He was a CPA and extremely cautious/anal if you will. There are only a few things he truly enjoyed and valued and they are his family, friends, his lawn, his Mercedes, and his pool. This was his secondary car and he would take his clients out in it. That being said, he took extremely good care of it because it was the car he always wanted. Here are some more specifics: Car is located in Orange County, NY.
1976 450 SEL Brown with Pinstripes and Tan Leather
Leather seats fully redone approx. 6 yrs ago and are still in amazing condition (still have that new leather smell) because the car has only been driven about 2-3k miles/yr since they were redone.
135,000 miles and just getting broken in (might change slightly)
Everything is functional to the best of my knowledge
Sunroof
Auto Climate Control
Cruise Control
Paint is slightly faded (more on the trunk) due to the car's age, but it has been garaged its whole life.
Only a few spots of rust- driver side fender area and one or two other small spots-- I can take pictures if needed.
Comes with original manuals/spare key/etc in perfect condition
I think I covered mostly everything...
