Mercedes 560SEL bodywork help

hi i have a 560sel AMG and rly like it. everything is working fine, its low milage, but it needs bodywork.

the trim is very loose, when i lightly drag my fingernail across anywhere on the car it scratches. it has fiberglass sideskirts and they are cracked on the front sides.

so im looking to get fiberglass patching/repair and a decent but simple/cheap respray. what price am i looking at here??
