USA spec changer for C280

Hey guys, crutchfield lists a changer for the c280 but i'm curious about how good it is and where are the cables for the changer anyway? A couple of other postings for different models mentions a cable in the trunk where the changer is supposed to go, anyone got a pic? is it near the battery?

Just bought a MC3098 which is the model for my 2000 C280 Sport, cables are just to the right of the battery. You have to remove the whole side panel. 2 wires took about a minute to locate. Removing the panel is a pain. Changer mounts with bracket on upper portion of truck.I just stuck mine in the little cubby next to battery. Works fine, no skips.
