Anyone know if there has aftermarket Bi-Xenon lamps for C230? If so, how much it cost in USD?

There are no aftermarket bi-xenons.

Hid4less says they have a bixenon plug and play kit for the coupe. The price was over two grand, so I didn't investigate any further. For more info call Jeff at 866-571-5538
