i've recently purchased a 1986 300e and now attempting to replace the water pump. the only problem is is that returning the fan belt has left me in total confusion. is there anyone within this forum that can help me map out the configuration of the fan belt to complete my task?

Try going to alldata.com (you'll have to pay $24.95/year). The owners manual may have it in there as well?!? (I don't have a 300e)

cheap $8, worthless haynes manual has pictures for the fanbelt layout. pickup at autoparts store. otherwise the thing is crappy
