For a bit of fun I thought I would ask everyone what is in their C-class sound system right now.

I'll start off. In my changer are the same 6 CDs with which I loaded it when I took delivery. They are:

1. "Lager Than Life" -- The Poxy Boggards
2. "Bootleg" -- Tempest
3. "The Baddest of George Thorogood"
4. "In Country" -- Various Artists
5. "GD80-10-11" Live at The Warfield -- The Grateful Dead
6. "Shire Tour 1592" -- Jolly Beggar

In case you are wondering, CD #1 is a commercial release, but very hard to find; CD #2 is out of production and Tempest has no plans to re-release it; CD #3 is widely available; CD #4 is a commercial release but very hard to find; CD #5 is a live recording of a very good Grateful Dead concert from 1980 and is available from my website among others; CD #6 is a very limited commercial release that was issued on cassette in 1992 and a limited run of CDs was made -- I got mine from a band member.

If anyone wants to get any of the strange stuff to which I listen, particularly #'s 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 just drop me an e-mail and I'll send you some info that may help.

I have a huge collection of cds, and what I listen to really depends on my driving situation:

1. I am running late and need to pick up some time on the road - Eminem
2. I am running early and need to kill some time driving slow - Nsync
3. Feel like driving slow so others can see my car - Peter Cetera
4. Putting the windows down and enjoying a nice breeze - Matchbox 20

Too bad there isn't a 50 cd magazine, then I would never have to change out the 6 when I get bored of them.

Disc 1 - Custom Mix of old Motown
Disc 2 - Porcupine Tree - In Abstentia
Disc 3 - Led Zeppelin - Presence (a most underrated album)
Disc 4 - 10,000 Maniacs - In My Tribe
Disc 5 - Aerosmith - Get Your Wings
Disc 6 - Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here

I change them about every month, but have to keep at least one Zeppelin CD in, since my license plate is LEDZEP.
