300sdl on ebay

There is a 1987 300sdl on ebay that has 163,000 miles. It is smoke silver with brown interior. I called the seller and talked at length about the car which sounds like a really good car. If this is the car I want would it be worth $7,300??? I think I can buy it for that before the auction is over. Any comments would be appreciated. :?:
