Im looking to spend right under $40K for the car... One of my brothers is a wholesaler and he deals alot with high-end cars so he can get me a pretty good deal..

This are the cars that Im trying to decide which to get::

2001 E-430
2000 E55 AMG
2001 CLK-430
2000 S-430

All of this cars cars I can get under the $40K.
I have never owned a Benz before so I don't know how they are in maintance and if one of this cars have any tipical problems. But I heard that Maintance is what makes people sell them... So I decide to ask here where the experts are... :D

Which one of this cars would you recomend...?
Which one of this cars is better or worst for the wallet in maintance..?
What do you usually do in maintance for this cars (major stuff, not oil changes)...?

I would really appreciate if you guys could help me with this..

I'd get the S430. That is one very nice car! :D
