Anyone travel between zones and figured out how to plan a trip between zones. For instance, you live in North Carolina and want to travel to New York. How do you plan a trip using the naviagation system? Sure would like some advice.

The only way I know is to navigate to the edge of one map and then change to the next. I know, it's not a satisfactory way of doing things.
