Just Bought a new 2003 E class. Dealer wants $2,700 for Car phone and installation.
Does anybody have an economic alternative? If you have a web site ot name please let me know.

I also heard that MBZ is switching from the current V60 to the T720. The dealerships knows nothing about this.

It is possible to use the European phone system with a Nokia GSM phone. There should be a universal interface available soon. It was supposed to be available now but has been delayed.
