Jut took delivery of a '04 E 500 (INCREDIBLE Price & Deal in PA) I live on Long Island, a stone's throw from Sunrise Motors, but I want to be serviced by a service consultant who listens, won't diamiss by small concerns, and is willing to see that the work on MY CAR is done PERFECTLY, and neatly. I don't mind tipping for my eccentricities every time, and want to develop a relationship with one service consultant at one Service department with one consultant for the life of the car. At my Cadillac dealer I developed an intense relationship such that I never had to make an appointment.
