Aftermarket Trunk mount CD player for 96 e320

I noticed several sites selling units that are "MB compatible".
Any feed back on those units (USA Spec SCD-A88IM) ?

or can i get a better unit that will work with via radio .

alpine makes a unit that is directly compatible with the stock radio controls of your vehicle. way cheaper than the MB model, and essentially the same as long as you don't mind its effeminate color scheme.
