sorry, haven't seen one yet. you'd probably really upset the front SAM by introducing another electrical consumer if it was not done very well. i've seen SAM's go bad from people using those blue rice boy lights in the interior of the car or the turn signals. all voltage is strictly monitered by the various computer systems and anything out of the specified range is likely to cause issues. MB's as a general rule3 do not take well to aftermarket modifications, save for the ones with a lot of engineering involved (Renntech, Brabus, Kleeman, etc.).
