Please allow me to introduce myself! I'm Lutz from Germany. I had a c220, but unfortunately I sold that car. :( I never had any BMW, especially a new one I wouldn't buy.

Afterhours or on vacation I doing my hobby to design cars. (From time to time) A couple of years ago I did design my own version of a BMW. BTW, I hope you don't mind me for the "BMW" thread title

To design I using a computer. So I'm able to make full scale master models - if I ever would build my own car (i.e. a BMW that nobody else has  )

I hope you like this model!

Cheers

How many cars have you designed?

First of all, I did replaced the broken link of the 2. picture on my first post, now you can watch both BMW versions from the side view.

I've designed two cars and a helicopter. The BMW is from 2002, the sportscar is from 1999 and the helicopter from 2000. I didn't show the other models, because I think "they" are too old.
Here are some examples:

Lutz, those car renderings are beautiful and aggressive as hell. Predatorial. Lean and hungry.

Lutz, I like your 6 series better than Chris Bangle's - maybe you should apply for a job?

Lutz, I like your 6 series better than Chris Bangle's - maybe you should apply for a job?Better than Bangle's? That means a lot to me! Thanks a lot! Once I did applying to Porsche and Toyota/Lexus, but they doesn't need designers, they needed drawers. All major carmakers have a very conservative/hirarchical kind of work, unfortunately I don't fit into their "system". Finally I'd prefer to be independent. With my 35 years I'm too old to get an employment also. I think I can innovate much more with smaller car manufacturers - they're more progressive anyway.
