The most common cause of this is hardened valve stem seals. When you switch the engine off, oil can slowly leak past the seals and run down the valve stem and drip into the combustion chamber. When you start the engine the oil is burnt off and as the engine warms up the seals do their job better.
I would not worry about this too much.
