I have noticed that when it rains, water get inside the trunk dripping from two sides where the trunk hinge arms are. If you are out side, it would be coming from the rear two corners for the rear windshield. This car is well kept, had it since new and nothing was done to the aft glass windshield. I tried removing the metal trim that cover the edges around the glass but was tight. The leak is not from were the lights are. It is grom the forwad corner of trunk.
how can I remove the metal trim around the glass?
how can I check any leak path in the area from outside?
has anybody had any problem like that?
any tips on how to detect the leak and fix?
thanks

I don't think the leak is from the Windscreen panel ...
check it out probably from the boot RUBBER ....

Ask someone go inside the trunk ..
to check where is the leak ...

you also may check the leak with soap water
then , blow it with compressed air around the angle
search for any bubble ... that indicate for leaks ...

I did look inside the dripping is not from the rubber seal that seals the trunk. it comes from were the trunk lid arm stow inside and it is covered with metal fram so I can not see where the dripping is coming from. i suspect from the windscreen edge!! how can i remove the metal retainer without braking the glass to check for leak path?
