I'm new to Mercedes-Benz but have admired them for years... finally reached a point in life where I could afford a relatively new one. I bought my 2009 E350 from a local used car dealer that specializes in german cars - AutoHaus. They serviced my BMWs for years and also now take care of my 2000 Jag XK8 convertible. BTW, the Jag is up for sale in case anyone is interested.

My E350 has the sport pkg and unusual rims - haven't seen any like them on other E350's but similar on higher-end Benz. Can someone identify them for me?

Here's a pic of my E350 and another of the Jag XK8.

Hey guys, not sure where to turn to since the dealership Chicago Motor Cars don't care and won't help.
I just bought a sports car from Parin Shah of Chicago Motor Cars. Before I bought the car I asked him three
times to check over the car and make sure it was a safe car even though it only has 19,000 miles on it.
I was concern when I found three big gouges in the tires. Parin himself told me he would have his best guy
go though the car bumper to bumper and inspect the car. I trusted him, I trusted him with my families life.
BIG MISTAKE, don't ever trust Parin Shah. He could have KILLED my family with his poor business practices.

I bought the car and after three weeks decided to take it in and have a professional look at the car. The

manager of F&F called me with fear in his voice, telling me that I could have been killed in this car because

the dealership Chicago Motor Cars never inspected the car and the front rim had a huge crack which in

his profession opinion would have broke causing the car to loose control and flipping out of control. I

called Parin Shah to explain this problem and their only response to me is "hey it's a used car" that's not

what they were talking when they were stealing me of $44,000.00 of my had earned money.

Parin your going to rot in hell, I hope your wife flips in one of your crappy ass cars. Better yet I hope you die

in one of your very own shitty ass cars that your best guy inspected.

Last night I did a better search of Chicago Motor Cars and Parin Shah, the reviews I found were horrible.
I wished I would have found these before I purchased this car. People need to come together and put this

guy out of business.

I am going post this on every website I can find to expose this bad business man. He is going to kill someone
if we don't put a stop to him and Chicago Motor Cars.

Here’s a question about the back-up camera in my new E350: When I put the car into reverse, the backup camera comes on. Every once in a while a thin blue line appears, going from the top of the display to the bottom, along with a small arrowhead. It looks like it is indicating where the car will go if I continue in reverse. I don’t know for sure, but it seems that if I turn the steering wheel the line moves as well to indicate a new direction. I looked in the manual and can’t find any reference to this feature. So, is this line really there (or am I losing what’s left of my mind)? Why does it only appear once in a while? If this is really a feature, how do I activate it (I assume I'm hitting some button, but can't figure out which one)?

As a car enthusiast, I feel it is my responsibility to share my story with you. I thought I had found a great dealer with great prices, but I was very wrong.

Everything started out great, I was shopping for a Mercedes SL600 with AMG, low miles and of course, in great condition with a clean car fax. I put money down to purchase the car and set up a time/date to pick it up. That's when things went horribly wrong. Upon my arrival the car had just been in an accident that of course nobody was going to take blame for. It was figured out that the salesman took the car to gas it up and desided to race it and get on the gas pedal, by doing so he ran the car in to a concrete gas pump protector. I have since found out that this dealership is know to "race" it's cars prior to customers purchasing them. The customer service was beyond horrible, so I walked away. Before I could get home, the owner, Parin Shah, called me and rolled out the red carpet promising to fix things and make the car perfect, everything it was promised to be. Since then, everything has gone wrong. I have yet to receive the title, and the original keys. As you know, the keyless go does not work with a "backup" key. Did I mentioned the car was falsely advertised and that it did not contain the AMG package? I have tried contacting the company, but have been repeatedly ignored. They got their money, so now they don't want anything to do with me, until now. It has been brought to their attention that I have been posting reviews. As a customer, I am entitled. The responses from them are less than professional. I should have done my homework and read reviews prior to purchasing. It turns out, I'm not the first to have these issues with them. As a lesson, sometimes a too good to be true deal is just that, too good to be true. Very shady and definitely not trustworthy. So as a lesson, make sure you know your dealership well before purchasing. Now I have just found out that the car was in a bad accident which was not disclosed on the carfax, another cover up from Chicago Motor Cars and Parin Shah. Check out this page, http://www.chicagomotorcars.us/ this webmaster has prepared a full page on the complaints about Chicago Motor Cars.
