Eric, how do I change L5 -i.e where is it? Does it plug in like a fuse? When you say "change", do you mean move it (like moving a coil from one cylinder to another to help diagnose the problem) or buy a L5 sensor and replace it? Thanks.

Hi Eric, I have a 2002 E320 4matic wagon. Just got the oil changed and on the drive home the check engine light came on and the code analyzer says PO335 "Crankshaft Position Sensor A circuit malfunction (L5)". Do you have the answer for how to fix the circuit malfunction?
I also have a rear light malfunction that I fixed once by turning the bulb on the board to get a good connection. But now, no matter how I move the bulb, the light doesn't work. The bulb is good. The fuse is good. What am I missing?

    Hi Eric,

I have a 2008 C230. The engine does not start, and I can't hear the starter. I have high quality light inside the car. What is the problem? Is my battery dead, or something else?

    Thanks for any comment.

    Hi Mr. Eric,
It is not the indicator light. It is parking or standing light. It is not flashing. It is just passenger side in rear and front. It is on for some moments and It is off for seconds. It is very strange. Please let me know if You have any idea. Many Thanks!
    Kind Regards,
    Mehdi

Hi Mr Eric, My name is Mehdi. I live in Canada - Ontario. I am very new in Mercedes Forum. I have a Mercedes C230 - 2008. I have a problem with my lights and that is why I am here. So in the midnight when the car is off and everybody is being sleept, the standing/parking light is sometimes off and sometimes on: front and rear and just passenger side! It is not like flashing. When I leave the car everything looks OK but in the very early morning the neighbours call me and say about the lights on! Thanks you so much for helping.
