Hello

This is Bertrand. I own a 95' SL320, which still operates as new, although I had a few minor issues in the last few years including fuse corrosion and some leaks in the top hydraulic components, which I always was able to fix on my own. The car is only 65,000 miles, by and large, it performs quite well.
Lately though the control module broke down and is apparently not reparable according to BBA Remanufacturing, which is also offering to sell me a remanufactured one with warranty for $999! the PN 129 820 32 26 and I believe that I should be able to fid it in good working condition for much less! If anyone has any idea of where to find this part from a reliable source,
thanks for your input!

BBA aren't the most reliable company for repairing control modules, in fact there are a few horror stories.
Make contact with https://www.tophydraulicsinc.com/en/ they may be able to advise, also check in here too R129 SL-Class - Mercedes-Benz Forum

No trees were harmed creating this message, however some electrons were very inconvenienced.
