S600 parts on a S350?

Hey guys new here. I have a question. I have a 1995 S350 and have just hit a deer. With the age and mileage I know they will total it so I found a parts car but need to know what wil all swap over. It's a 1992 S600. The guy pulled the V12 and Trans out and is selling the rest. The car is in great shape and has drop springs and 18s but I want to know if most parts are changeable or is it just the sheet metal that's the same? Thanks
