1980 450 Slc

Hey all I'm brand new to this site. I own a 1980 450 SLC. It has 12,400 miles on it and has been in my garage since new. We haven't really done anything to it. And the only maintenance was replacing some AC tubing. And replacing the battery every once in a while. The condition is great. I would say a 9/10 exterior and 10/10 interior. The rims are the only thing that needs work because the Chrome on them have somewhat deteriorated. Like I said 12k miles. Everything is like it was new except battery and some hoses. If anyone could give me a rough estimate of what it might be worth that would be awesome.

Try Ebay completed listings to see waht they have sold or not sold for. You will probably be disappointed because the 107's are not bring what they are worth right now. An '86 560SL with around 32,000 miles just sold for less than $11,000.

The best advice at present is to do nothing!

If you are able to ride out the economic downturn, just wait until things pick up again which inevitably they will.

Low mileage or not, the cars rubber parts tend to dry out and fall apart with age
New vacuum line connectors, mounts, belts, hoses, shock and suspension bushings are all in need of replacement. the car doesn't have the big clown shoe intake, but the metal one, but there is still a short hose and rubber plenum rings under the fuel distributor. Hood pad?
At the minimum, all fluids and filters need to be changed, and......
