Hi all, Just curious since this was my first time ever buying a car (22 yrs old) I paid the sticker price for a 2002 silver C230 coupe with automatic tranmission and sunroof about $28,950 before taxes, etc. .. Everyday, I beat my self up for not haggling the price... I hope you all got a better deal than I did..
Well your right, bought the C320 Coupe, same equipement as you with leather and paid $29,400.00. Magma Red and C7, C5. But if you enjoy it, then just a lesson learned. You bought the right car.

A lot depends on when, where you are and how far the next dealer is. I think I like the idea of having a 2.3 2002 than a 2003 for a few bucks less; we may be come a sub-culture like the Corrado VR6 after all.

I leased mine for $357/mo with no money down (not even first payment) a true sign and drive for 39 months 12k/yr. Leather, roof, 6 spd, memory seats, bose, cd changer. I called several dealers down here (Tampa - where there are 5 dealers within 50 miles of me) and some would go $6k off of list. So far, I'm really liking it. My last vehicle was a '01 Isuzu Vehicross.

i'm leasing my 2003 C230K for $236/mo for 48 months. That was with $2000 down and $3000 trade. I have quite a few options. I definitely haggled on the price and the outstanding rebate I received from mercedes was nice too.
