I have to take my 230k sedan for its first service soon.....I was wondering if MB dealer will provide a loaner car when I drop my car off. Also, how long does it usually take for them to do Service A?
If all you need is Service A, it can be done while you wait. The major part is the oil change. Each dealer sets their own policies regarding loaners. The best thing is to call the dealer and ask about their policy.
