Water had to get somewhere in one of the three SAMs.

The one lowest in the car could be damaged from the water.

It appears you have the 5 speed transmission.
I also see enough fluid on your pilot bushing (13 pin trans connector)
that it should be changed. Only use a Genuine MB or Chrysler part.

In some cases I have had to remove the TCU and clean/repair them
if they got wet or had trans fluid wick from the connector into the unit.
