It appears you have the 5 speed transmission.
I also see enough fluid on your pilot bushing (13 pin trans connector)
that it should be changed. Only use a Genuine MB or Chrysler part.
In some cases I have had to remove the TCU and clean/repair them
if they got wet or had trans fluid wick from the connector into the unit.
No water got inside the car it only got around 6 or so inches deep where the car was sitting at.
There are pictures of the TCU in the attachments showing the connections and all that it looks perfect??
I've replaced the pilot bushing o rings. I cleaned the plug all off and blew it out to make sure no oil was inside. All that was replaced.
