Ignition Switch

Hello everyone, I'll post this in the diesel subreddit just Incase. I have a 220D W115 1969. My key is stuck in the ignition in the 1 and 2 position. It'll move between these two and the car will start. However it won't go back to the 0 position to get pulled out. It is a manual, I know that makes a difference. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this out? I've talked to multiple shops and they say they don't think it's the cylinder but a lock somewhere else in the car, but didn't have an actual solution. Thank you

Here is a place that has the parts. I am looking for info an a possible interlock failure, but I do not think MB had an interlock on the 1969 model with a manual gearbox.
