E320 Cdi Oil and fuelfilter
 
Where are the oil and the fuel filters located???
Any considerations before changing??

Do you mean the new e320 that will be in US as a 2005 model? If so I don't think many would know. If you talking about the 96-99 e300s then many can help. For the new e320 someone from UK or europe should be abel to help.

E320 CDI Fuel/Oil filter service
 
Located under engine cover/shroud, on right side of valve cover - looking at engine from the front grill. Both filters are physically in close proximity. Fuel filter change requires special CLICK-R pliers to uninstall/install OEM fuel hose clamps. You will also need a needle-nosed pick to undo stuck hose ends. Fuel system must first be de-pressurized (undo fuel tank cap)
