No 4 plug indicates something not right in your No 4 cylinder...spark, fuel, valves?

When you mention valve, is that the fuel injector valve?
Can it attribute to sparl plug wire or the ignition coil? I have removed these 2 parts from the car, how do I test its condition without attaching it back to the car?

I just use my multimeter to test the Spark plug wire & set the ohmmeter to 2000. This is the readinfg I got. Lead number 1=1, 2=1762, 3=varied & not holding, 4=1795. This seems to confirm wire number 1 & 3 must be back. I tried this several times including with the Spark Plug connected to the leads. I get simmilar results. So it seems nothing wrong with the coils. But how do i replace the copper beru wires, it look difficult to remove the rubbers surrounding the connectors.

There is a slight tear on the rubber, wondering if this is OK?
