Seat belt malfunction in 04 clk 320 cab

My seat belt arm in my clk stopped working today. It's on the passenger side only that stopped working. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to fix without having to head to the dealership? Thx!

WITHOUT HEADING TO THE DEALERSHIP?

call your salesman and act irrate. tell them you want some one to pick up the car from you, drop off a loaner and return the car only when the repair has been completed. otherwise, no.
