Gl550 loud vacuum leak cannot find it! Help!

After getting code p0170 lean bank 1 I checked out my engine and have a loud hissing noise for sure a vacuum leak. I found the pictured hose sitting on top of the transmission near where I suspect the leak is! I thought it was maybe in the injector seats but no! sounds to be directly under injectors possibly bottom of the manifold! It’s driving me insane!

Maybe it's my PC but I see no attached pix.
What I use to find vac leaks is spray carb cleaner on suspected areas, which is flammable so the eng revs up when it sucks it in.
I'm guessing intake gasket leak but I'm not familiar enough with that motor to know what else it could be. Like the PCV system, which if the hose popped off or broke etc would cause your problem.
