Radio Question

Is there an aux in plug on the back of the factory AM/FM cassette radio in a 2004 C230K Sedan. I want to install a satelite radio and there is one on the market that uses the existing radio. Here is the link to the satelite radio. After reading this link does anyone know if it will fit? The ad states -The FM modulator connects to your radio's antenna input.

Thanks for any help you can give. Also how difficult is it to remove the radio and hook this up?

Radio

You might want to try contacting their customer service dept. at 1-888-955-6000 or your local MB dealer.

There should be an auxillary plug in your glovebox. Not on the back of your radio, though.

There is an AUX jack in the glove box only in cars with COMAND. The cassette headunit does not have an AUX jack. You will need adaptors use use the FM modulator. The antenna connectors on our cars are the same as those on a VW and not like the ones on most cars. Most audio stores should have the adaptors. They are made by Schosche.
