Wow, sorry to hear of the accident. I agree with Lynn - uninsured drivers should be jailed for a long time. If you can't afford insurance don't drive! The best part is we all get to pay for that. Ever notice that you have an extra charge on your premium for "uninsured motorists"? Yeah, that's fair.

Gees really sorry to hear about your accident. I know the important part is that you are both ok but it sure must have hurt to see your MB all broken Sure sounds like Canada anyway, the responsible people of society always pay for the people who don't work, don't plan, don't take responsibility for themselves,...

The policy will still have to pay for it if it was only cancelled the day before. Any insurance policy stays in effect for 30 days after it is cancelled. So it would have had to been cancelled 31 days prior to the accident. Your insurance company will find out and fight it, if that is the case.
