I'm wanting to delete 2nd oxygen sensor or plug hole and expose to air

I don't run Cats with NOS.So I want to do away with my oxygen sensor after the cats.My thinking is with no cats it might be sensing unburnt fuel, and causing a lean condition.I could benifit from a richer AFR.

After searching the internet found out that these 2nd oxygen sensors only throw a code if cats are not working.Mine has never thrown a code.So it won't mess with it.
