I'm looking for a cost effective replacement for the Fuel Pressure Damper on my 1978 450 SLC. The part is located on the fuel pressure control line on the CIS k-jetronic FI system. I'd like to find a new unit, not a used one. My Internet research has been most frustrating - everything seems to be out of stock unavailable or over $250. I see very similar parts for Jaguar and Porshe listed for as little as $53. I'm pretty sure they would fit, but will they work on my SLC? Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
