1999 e55 with 100,000 miles. When I punch the car from a stand still or moving, the acceleration breaks up. But, when I slowly accelerate, the car moves up the rpms no problem. No check engine light or codes come up? I was told it could be 1 of 4 things.
1. bad coils 2. bad O2 sensors 3. clogged cats 4.mass air flow sensor

Any suggestions. Thank you.

It's most likely #4. The cat's usually start rattling before they start clogging up. It's rare (but not impossible) for cats to plug up on a newer MB. O2 sensors usually start throwing check engine lights way before they start causing runability problems. When the coils usually go bad, they just straight up fail, usually causing a dead misfire in one cylinder. You've replaced the sparkplugs that are suggested at 100k miles, right? Air filter and fuel filter at 60k? I'd also double check that you don't have any vacuum leaks.
