My c230 will run fine for an hour or so, then it cuts out and goes into limp mode. I have changed plugs, coils, serviced transmission and all fluids are at correct levels. My next target is the MAF and a fuel pump/regulator. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Check both oxygen sensors and wiring. Mine had oil leaking down inside the wire from the cam seal shorting out the contacts on the oxygen sensor.
