I just picked up a 95 s320. Car doesn't start. So far there's no 12v going the fuel pump. Removed power leads from pump and tested fuel pump directly with 12v but no luck with pump. Checked fuel pump leads with ohm meter and its reading at 2 ohms, so I'm assuming it's a bad fuel pump but I still have no 12v to pump with ignition on. Fuse and pump relay is good. Could it be a ECU issue? Car has been sitting for 5 years from old owner and I would like to bring the car back to life...

I don’t know if you’ve solved this yet, but did you ohm out the leads on the pump, or voltage check the leads from the battery/fuse/relay? The way my brain interpreted it wasn’t clear. If you’ve got 12 volts from the power, just replace the pump, but first replace the fuel filter, just to make sure it isn’t the super cheap solution.
