The misfire codes and evap code are probably not related.
For the evap code it may need to be smoke tested or have the purge system inspected/tested.
For the misfire codes more often than not it is an ignition issue like the spark plugs or leads. What is the service history on those?
In rare cases an injector can fail causing the misfire.
