There is a power wire taped to something behind the radio which should work with you Alpine changer. The fiber optic cable is not usable with that unit. You will need to tap into the antenna cable.

I was wondering if any body gave any thought to getting a
Alpine CHM-S665RF 6 Disc CD Changer. It uses a radio station to play the music and does not need to be hooked directly to the stereo system so I have beend told. It is a cheap alternative to the MB cd changer.
I was wondering if anybody has used a fm modulated cd changer.
Also I know a fiberoptic cable is wired to the glove box but what about the power supply (cord ect...) is it run to the glove box?
Pioneer, jvc all have simular products......
and $200 sounds more attractive.....
