any tips on removing badges on the c230k? such as the hood emblem and rear badges? thanx

The emblem on the rear can be removed by heating with a hair dryer, and using dental floss as a saw. Any glue left behind can be cleaned up with a product called Goo Gone. The hood emblem can be remove from the underside of the hood, but then you will have a hole in the hood.

Isn't that sort of like buying a ROLEX and then getting a jeweller to open it up and glaze off the logo?

Your really do not need the hair dryer, the car is new a the floss takes it right of and does make the car look better, there is another MB that has the same lettering and is not a coupe. Have pic of the rear debadge,. check this wed site for the changes I made at little cost.
