Battery leak

Hi, I have a 2016 e250 4matic (diesel)
I’ve been dealing with this on going battery leak for over a year I had it into Mercedes and a couple other service shops and got no where besides bills. I have traced it back to which fuse is causing the high amperage draw when the car is completely off using an amp meter in series between ground battery terminal and the car. I currently wired a switch in on that fuse to get by for the last year as seen by the pictures. But whenever I get in the car I always get auxiliary battery malfunction and lose cruse control and other functions so I’m sick of driving without cruse control and looking for a permanent fix. I have replaced the main battery and auxiliary battery in the last year and tested both batteries and both are good. There is a ticking noise every 25 seconds or so coming from the abs control module even after the car is off and power timed out. I haven’t been able to locate a wiring diagram for the circuit I have the switch in so looking for any help I can get? Wiring diagrams, trouble shooting methods anything that could help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Wiring diagrams here may help - it’s a W212, right? Access this via laptop.

Question - are you keeping the key fob in or near the car? Another truck forum I am on noted that the fob in or near the vehicle will cause some systems link a High Pressure fuel pump to stay active. Just a wild idea to consider.
