I have a 2002 C Class sports Coupe 220 CDI and the front suspension has a creaking sound lust like a dry rubber bush. I have had a main dealer look at it but they don't seem to have a clue all they do is just replace parts. Sooner or later they will have replaced the whole front end. Has any one else had this kind of problem?

Well, the thing is, practically the entire front end of an early 203 C-class has been updated. You might as well just let them keep replacing them, so hopefully you get all the newer parts. My guess, from what you describe, it seems like it's the main front swaybar bushings. These will alot of times give you a nice squeak going over speed bumps. There are updated bushings available, which are made to accept dust boots to keep the dirt out and the grease in. If it's a much louder creaking noise, perhaps it could be a ball joint going bad. Usually these are heard when you turn the wheel.
