C230 sedan sound system

Hey guys. New here.... the dealer called me today and said they got a hold of the C230 sedan I wanted. I pick it up either wed night or thurs. What is concerning me now is the sound system. Does anyone have any information regarding it? I got the stock with the changer in glove box. I was going to tear it out but after finding out it's fiber optic, I am wondering if it's worth the head ache.
